Looking for Rental with Yard

Hi, I'm looking to rent either an unattached cottage / apartment or room with a yard for me and my cats in the Hollywood Dell neighborhood. I'm looking for a quiet property and will be happy to house sit and/or pet sit and basically look after your house and pets for a good arrangement. I'm a graphic designer and will be working from home most of the time. I currently live in the neighborhood but looking to relocate nearby. Thanks, Judy
